  • If anyone is looking for their address you can find it here in the emails I have received from them. It is interesting that their company seeems to be based in the UK but their emails come from Hong Kong. I emailed [email protected]. I hope this info helps.
    Dear Customer,

We thank you for your email.

As per your request, we have cancelled your subscriptions, as from today, you will no longer be billed.

Concerning your refund, unfortunately we cannot proceed with your request. We have not received any e-mails from you after 1/25/2012 requesting cancellation.

Please allow us to explain how our program works. By placing your order for one of our products you accepted the terms and conditions of our free-trial offer.

You subscribed to a 30-day supply of each product ordered for which you had a free-trial period that began at the time of your order. You had until the end of the trial, which differs for each product, to cancel your subscription. You would have only then been responsible for the shipping costs.

Not cancelling your subscription within the allocated free-trial period resulted in the billing of the full amount of Perfect Radiance and RevitaDerm.

Please find below the links to the Terms and Conditions of our products:

  • I have lost approx $188.00 to these 'shiseters'. Apparently the 'terms and conditions' are in a seperate link that you are not automatically taken to when signing up, how convenient and sneaky is that?? I emailed their support address 1 month ago to cancel the subscription but then received another two jars this month and upon checking my bank account (one that I rarely use and only keep a small amount of money in) found that this account was now in debit and I was being charged late fees by the bank!!! I emailed the support address for this company again to complain and cancel and this morning have received a reply advising me that they never received my initial email to cancel but would now cancel the subscription. I have had to cancel the bankcard that they were debiting just to make sure they have no way of taking my money, total inconvenience to me! I now have these products that I will not use on principal, and for goodness sake!, I have never spent $77 on a jar of moisturiser in my life!! I would really like to get my money back but think I will have to put this one down to 'internet buying experience'. I have been left feeling angry and taken advantage of, none of this of course does any good to my frown lines that I will rub my normal $25 moisturiser into!!!

  • I really simpathize with you all but all these are in their terms of agreement which most of us do not read before purchase. It happened to me once. It was later that I read it when it was almost too late. But you can still cancell anytime by calling them and asking for cancellation number and email cancellation confirmation. They sent this to me. I hope it works for you too. Best of luck. Read my report.

Lesson: Always read terms of agreement before any purchase.

  • Similar experience in March 2012. Sums totalling £400 have been charged to our Credit Card. Amazingly the Credit Card fraud department know all about it but claim that we entered into a contract! They did NOT even warn us to stop our cards. This is going to be a longer fight with them than with the fraudsters, I predict.

  • Hi ,i phoned them and they promised to cancel this yesterday...they sent me this email today(below)...hope this helps...almost £500 they took..don't take no for an answer! demand a refund of every penny.

This is confirmation your refund was successfully processed for the credit card we have on file ending in XXXXXXXXXXXX----. Please note refunds are released immediately from RevitaDerm and should post back to your account in approximately 3-7 business days, but depending on your bank it may take longer. You do not need to take any further action to receive your refund as you are receiving this email because the refund was already processed and you will see the credit on your bank/card statement.

  • I was scammed by this company in a pop up ad that I stupidly thought I could just get a sample to try, without being tied up to a regular payment.
I paid a couple of pounds for two different samples, then was charged £79.99 and £74.95 on the same day about three weeks later. This is, apparently the full price of the products which I had agreed to pay on their original advert.
I rang 0808 1683685 and was promised a half refund of both amounts. Watch this space - I'll let you know if it works.
