did you ever get your money back. i did the same thing. call the site and the lady told me they can only refund half of my money back only. i told her if they don't refund the whole amount back I'll fill for a fog. so the lady told me they will but I'm afraid they won't

Call their customer service number (I had to dig for it) 877403-6981. Be forceful and demand the FULL refund, they will try to only give you a partial amount back. Good luck! It worked for me :)

That because its a disguise website on purpose. The real website that you paid is zbiddy. They tell you in terms and conditions you have 7 days to request your money back but make it hard for you o find them. after some digging I got a way to talk to live agent...I just contacted them pretending to be reading disabled and wanted to speak with customer service to explain rules to me.....this is what I got back. [HELEN] We’d be happy to assist you over the phone, please call us at 1-877-ZBIDDY-0 (1-877-924-3390) From 9am to 6pm CST, Monday to Saturday. One of our live agents will be able to attend to your request....I hope this helps please pass this to other with complaints on this company. I am not a employee just a normal person who felt bad and thought I would use my investigating skills to help.

Oh and by the way, in order to get these $10 gas rebates your registration has to remain active. Who knows what hidden charges that involves? And I doubt any reimbursement ever results from those gas rebates!

My own experience was that after talking with a rep on the phone they agreed to refund HALF the money and give me a gas voucher worth $100. The gas voucher turns out to be ten $10 rebates which you receive through the mail, one at a time. When you mail in one rebate with your gas receipt you are mailed the next one. I told them I was not interested and want my entire $99 refunded. They insist that it is not refundable even though I did not authorize this transaction. I have contacted my state Attorney General's office.

Call 877-924-3390, be ready to stay on hold for 30 minutes or longer. Don't let them try and talk you into a gas card or 50 percent refund. I just kept pushing for a full refund ($99) and I'm waiting to see it back in my account. I will let you know when it's done. Good luck!

The same thing happened to me. They will not answer my emails or live chats
