I applied for a loan with them as well. They charged my 19 dollars as well and then never did anything and never returned emails or phone calls or anything. I keep getting emails from them telling me that I need to send them verification of information then they will send me the money if the verification checks out.

I applied for a loan from Williams also and $19.00 was taken also. They wanted me to get some paper notarize an faxed back to them then they'll send me money. I never did it.

The people in thus company are obviously scam artist because they are taking money out of my account that I did not autherize. There will be a law suet if they do not refund my money. They took food out of my kids mouth by doing that.

I recieved a phone call and a credit to my checking account. I reported to attorney general in Oregon and California. Their letters and inquiries seemed to do the trick. Others should follow my lead.

Royce, I had the same problem. My checking account was debited $19.00 by Williams. I went back to the website and read the fine print. When you apply you agree to be charged $19.00 just for applying. Even if you are a returning custumer you are charged $19.00. I should have read all the fine print more carefully. As long as you do not apply with them again you should not be charged the $19.00. I hope this helps.
