  • April (Personal Information Removed)submitted an order request online that says she will be contacted by telephone to confirm the order and with the shipping details. Her credit card is not charged until it is being prepared for shipping. She was informed that I was driving back from a festival and was 500 miles away from the store. She was also advised that the clubs she wanted to order were not suitable and were inferior to the items her grandson currently owned. She was advised by a world expert (world records committee and 8 ball juggler) as to a more appropriate item and she said she would ask her grandson and get back to me. The next day she began to email and call multiple times to cancel an order that was already cancelled. Recall, she had been told I was in the middle of California with no phone coverage and was driving back to Oregon. Tonight she called and insisted that she IMMEDIATELY receive email confirmation of a cancellation. This is not possible with the shopping cart system. She was also informed that I had several birthday orders to work on and that I had to get back to that or several gifts would be ruined. She would not accept the fact that her order was already cancelled. Reality does not matter to this woman and she does not like to listen. Her supposed grandson then began to badger us on the chat and made rude statements that he was "old enough to be yo daddy". He called me a liar when explained the cart does not do cancellation emails. He was given the name of the cart to do his own research. He also said he did not care about the quality of products he ordered. In essence April and her grandson were rude, obstinate and illogical. She had been informed 3 times on the phone her order request is cancelled, not being filled or charged, or however she wants to phrase it. Her grandson was told in written chat that it was cancelled multiple times. This should be sufficient. We now believe this may have been an internet troll. Logical people do not act this way.
