  • These are one of the fraud companies that I have ever came acrossed.Even I lost my $200 purchasing from Eqinox.

  • they have done the same to me.first one came through in may then again two more jars came through in june and another two payments taken.the only thing I agreed to pay was the £4.99 postage for free sample offered.the worse thing about this is that they haven't taken this from a card of mine they have taken it from my friends account as she used her card to pay the postage.surely they must have seen that this card was not in my name yet they did nothing to check if she was ok with this.have you managed to get your money back if so how help.hayley

  • I was offered a free sample by rvtl day and night anti ageing cream.one costing £79 and one £90.if I wanted the normal size.i never once agreed to buy any of thease but agreed to pay postage for the free smples.when they came through the post I thought it wiered that they had sent me through a full size jar of each for free samples but thought no more of it.put them on shelf and forgot about them as was going abroad on holiday.when I came back I found my friend whos card we had used for postage going mad as rvtl had taken payments from her card for thease amounts when we never agreed to this.and to make matters worse I got home to find they had delivered another two and taken another payment from her account.i cant find anyway to stop this and get her money back.they can take there goods back ive not even opened them.i cant believe they can get away legaly from doing this.the payments they have taken from me are from a card that's not even in my name so how they can say that my friend has said they can take thease amounts TWICE is beyond me.dose anyone know who I should contact to get this money back and there unwanted and not ordered goods please..hayley

  • This RVTL is junk they miss led me. There was no info that came with the first trial. Then came another jar I didn't want and they charged me two times 93.00 and would not return my money. I could not get it back. My credit card tried to with no luck. What a scam and I told them so and that didn't sink in

  • I know it's been a while for you but The phone number i used on 22nd jan 2014 was 0233002788. They were no use horrible and just laughed as said ok when i said i would get legal advice and involve trading standards. I am waiting for a reply to a letter requesting a full reffund of £95 they charged me.

  • I have just discovered that nearly £300 has been taken from my account with this scam. I sent for a trial size of the cream and this was through Facebook! They should remove this scam. I have stopped any further payments being taken and have replied to an email but do not expect anything back. I wonder if this has been taken up by some body such as Watchdog

  • Barbara, I didn't even order it, and received the first package in July. The second one arrived last week with the same MO as yours, no paperwork at all! The 411 operator could not find a telephone number for me How did you call them, and please post the number here. Thanks! Vera

  • I encountered the same problem, I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau in their state and mine to report this practice, I am further thinking of contacting Dr. Oz as he recommended this product on his show I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate having his name connected to this company or their practice. Maybe he will give warning to future customers regarding ordering from them. Maybe if their wallets are hit as hard as ours they will reconsider refunds in good faith.
