- No I have not got my money back!!!! I tried going onto their site to complain to attempt to get the details of the "supposed transaction", but found that the site was down for maintenance. Maybe you know of another route I can follow to get the details of order number etc. from them, as credit card rules are that you have had to obtain details of the transaction, before they will act on your complaint.

i got same scam on nov 16th,2011. they charged me 59.95 euro.i contacted my bank, but they wouldn't do anything, in czech republic, you don't really get this kind of help, big company and rich people don't give shit about other people at all. all i can do now is just close bank account.

- Same has happened to me for$76.45 AUD $. I signed with Novel Network which is Plimus & then found as well as AUD$56.14 they had deducted there was a debit for GETSUPPORT.COM. Who are they & is this going to be a regular fraudulent action?
