I have the exact same story.no answer on the phone calls,no answer on the e-mails.NOTHING....I ordered my dress on jan 19 2014. Iam still waiting for it.I sent them the order #, the dress #,the date I ordered the darn dress and still nothing.THIS IS A SCAM....SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE, SO THIS COMPANY WON'T GET ANYMORE ORDERS FROM USA.They shouldn't be allowed to advertice on the internet or anywhere else.I want my money back. $152.54

I have the exact same story.no answer on the phone calls,no answer on the e-mails.NOTHING....I ordered my dress on jan 19 2014. Iam still waiting for it.I sent them the order #, the dress #,the date I ordered the darn dress and still nothing.THIS IS A SCAM....SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE, SO THIS COMPANY WON'T GET ANYMORE ORDERS FROM USA.They shouldn't be allowed to advertice on the internet or anywhere else.I want my money back. $152.54

- I wan everyone to know that izidresses customer satisfaction is not a priority with them. They are hard to contact, finally I contacted them via email. After several emails & pictures, I'm stuck with an ugly, unusable dress. All I wanted to do is return the dress an get my money back. To my understanding they have no intention of letting me return it for a refund. Buyer beware I learned after losing approx.$150.00, to buy from a company that you know is reputable & cares about their customer satisfaction. I hope by writing this I save someone else from the expense & frustration I went through.
