- this company goes under various names, eg Juvenue. Products include pro serum lift, lift duo etc. they make no mention of future commitments to buy and hide their terms and conditions. talking to their customer service staff is like communicating with a brick. there are loads of comments on this site from people who have been scammed by these frauds.

- I totally agree; the same thing happened to me. The more of us who complain and warn the public, the better. Even their terms and conditions say 'Limit 1 free trial bottle per household.' And then it's not even free! I don't know who wrote their t's and c's, but they constantly contradict themselves.

- Sorry to hear about it, but just to let you know the exact same thing happened to me. And they have the cheek to use the word 'free' on their website, adverts, and terms and conditions. There is nothing free about any of it. I have contacted them twice, they never get back to me and they tell me there are no contact numbers for their management department. They are just thieves, unfortunately.
