  • While appreciating the situation you mentioned, how to recover the business loss due your sudden suspension including loss of ranking & traffic. Ours in a small business compared to your size and volume. Being an ethical business company, you should compensate me paying $1500 as your policy and action have made me loss. Please consider and pay the compensation very soon.

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Once a charge back issued by the bank, it is our company policy that the client is no longer allowed to have an account with us. Please understand that we must protect our business and charge backs have a heavy negative impact on our ability to do business. When a charge back is issued by the bank, your payment is immediately pulled and that is why your account is immediately suspended. We see that you did contact our support team and we offered to send you your website files as well as the EPP code so that you could transfer your website to another web hosting company.     We were able to locate your account. We can see that you were referred to us for domain registration and hosting by a seven step program. You signed up for hosting and a website with us on Aug/21/2012. You contacted our support team on May/23/2013 and at that time we refunded you for your most recent charge of $14.95. In order to have an account, you would have had to enter your billing details. We do not hack into client computers to obtain billing details. In regards to the email you received back from us, our support team wanted to offer you 2 free months worth of hosting if you were to keep your website online with us. I'm sorry to hear you didn't take advantage of this special offer. We have sent your login details to the email address you have on file with us so that you can review your account details.     "
    Before you cancel your account, I would like to offer you a very special discounted
    offer. If you continue now we will provide you 2 months hosting FREE of cost.
    That means you will not charge till Aug/21/2013.

    If you feel that cancelling your services with us is what you definitely must
    do, we would sincerely appreciate to know why you are cancelling. We especially
    want to know what we could have done better, or if we are not able to provide
    something you require to continue to have your services with Purelyhosting

    Do get back to us if you wish to avail the offer.
