  • I did the same thing ordered three get two free for 31.?? went to check out only to be billed 159.00 called immediately and they refused to remove. It did not ask for an ok on the amount because I surely would not of agreed to that amount when you can buy it at Wal-Mart for 9.99 a bottle. I don't know how our atty. general lets these co. operate to begin with. Bank will dispute but I don't even want to deal with a co. that lies cheats people. The co. offered to discount 30% I said no, then 40% I said no, I want full refund did not agree to that price. I hate deceptive companys.

  • I had the same problem LeeAnn, my bank are disputing it but they can't block it as they are using too many different merchant names. I FINALLY got through to the number on the email (from NZ +18559786683) and got a real person, told them I wanted to cancel it now and they are not to charge my credit card again, he said "please be assured you will not be charged again", I asked for some sort of written confirmation of this but they couldn't provide this either. Total Scam. Will see come the 20th if it comes out again. Good Luck.

  • Yes, this is exactly what happened to me also! I read all the fine print and declined EVERYTHING, but still got charged the $9.47 just today on my CC. I contacted my CC company and also BBB to file a complaint. They wait just after 30 days to bill you and then tell you it's too late to cancel the charge. Unfortunately for them, I saved my original order email that had my order date on it and it was not past 30 days. My CC company was wonderful with dealing with this situation. What a scam!

  • To be exact I paid 48 for future delivery and the receipt had an order # and a costumer # but no mention what it was for, who I paid to and no phone # to contact.when I got the message to say I just paid 9.47 for a Trim Trainer that I ordered.. I looked trim trainer in the internet to find what it is and found your website were I saw the connection to the Dr Oz product. I send them an email, they had an auto reply response to say “By ordering this product, you agree to be enrolled in YourTrimTrainer.com. Try it out for 30 days at no charge. After the trial expires, you agree that your card will be charged $9.47 for continued access to all of the tools, support and training YourTrimTrainer.com provides. Your monthly membership will recur at $9.47 every month from the time your trial expires until you cancel. You must call 855-978-6683 to cancel your monthly membership.”
    I called that phone number and another two that appeared in the other receipts for customer support, for at least 3 hours every 5-10 minutes. I could not get through. I live in New Zealand, that was the middle of the night for me. My loss until now not counting the time was (to be exact) 57.47USD.

  • I ordered the $99 for 3 bottles order but have not heard anything or received my order. I see there are other posts about this scam company but not sure if those people actually got their orders. I am in NZ so no use me trying th get hold of customer services!!! Money has come off my account. I see ther trim trainer thing is also a scam. I guess I am going to have to cancel my credit card and get another one to stop the month $9.47 they bill you autmatically for this subscription when you place an order for the product. Anyone else got more info?

  • i had the same thing happen. I have sent multiple e-mails only to have them bounce back. I have contacted them on multiple occasions only to tell me that they have no record of me calling. I finally had to close down my credit card so they could not charge what I never ordered. I would advise everyone to stay away from this fraudulent advertisement.

  • Same thing happened to me. I called the night I placed the order and they would not let me cancel. They took $139 from me and started sending me e-receipts for $9.47 that I could not answer or reply to. They customer service DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, I spoke to two separate people, they did NOT understand English. This is A COMPLETE SCAM and I hope they get the book thrown at them.
