  • On May 22, 2013, I received an email from Benjamin Hunter in which he apologized for the
problem with my magazine subscription. I informed him that I had been receiving Time
magazine for about a month, and I was not paying for it because my credit card had been
debited for the amount charged to me by his company.

He informed me that the mags were from his company, and he was sending me a year's
subscription for the confusion. In return, he asked me to remove the nasty remarks which
I had made against the company.

These comments should be taken as a positive way to resolve this conflict. Perhaps the
company is poorly staffed, but it does not seem to be a scam.

We are sincerely apologetic about your situation. We are willing to investigate this mutual concern further and take necessary actions (refund) if need be. We will need your help to do so (name, phone number etc) The people we solicit have either opted in to be contacted through a third party, survey, email, phone or has done business with us in the past 6 months.

We have over 40 thousand pleased and satisfied customers and have been in business just over a year. We have 6 complaints in the past few months. Five out of the six complaints are consumers that seem like they want to complain oppose to getting there concern resolved. Five out of the six complaints there is no contact information to reach the consumer. We pride our selves on are customer service and strive to make every customers experience a good one. We have recently upgraded our servers and now use a voip service (voice over internet protocol) to record and make our calls. The phone problems we are aware and have a team working vigorously to fix this.We are not a scam or fraud we full fill every order.

The majority of the complaints are not associated with our magazine business but are business that use are trade name "Publishers Service Office". Very similar to the word "Dish" or "Cable" a trade name that represent a sea of business. Dish Network,Direct Tv,Time Warner, Cox, Quest etc.

Further more we want to resolve and open a dialogue with you. Please email or contact the general manager Dylan Gold, [email protected] or 877-351-0728.

We are not in business to take advantage of people. Are consumers are typically between 40 and 60+ it's the demographic of people that still read physical print and haven't gone digital yet. We are PCI compliant and some of our existing customers we have the last four digits of their payment information.

Please contact us so we can resolve this mutual concern.

We do not know when your subscription runs out and our reps are told not to make up a date or mislead a customer. That's why Jimmy Smith Jr didn't tell you a date. We have been having upgrading our internet and servers. There are obviously some kinks still not ironed out. I doubt the representative hung up on you,it just might of been a dropped call. We use a voip service (voice over internet protocol) to make and record our phone calls.

  • To Whom It May Concern,

We are sincerely apologetic and understand your frustration. We are willing to investigate this mutual concern further and take necessary actions if need be. We will need your help to do so (name, phone number etc) Just like most growing business they acquire and have different office across the countries. We are a Delaware Corporation. We have a call center in Arizona and we have a processing center in New York and we have another location in California. It's very common and popular in business.

We have over 40 thousand pleased and satisfied customers and have been in business just over a year. We pride our selves on are customer service and strive to make every customers experience a good one. No we are not a fraudulent company and we do not want you to feel led on. We will resolve this mutual concern but we need your help.

Standard procedure is we send you an acknowledgment in the form of a receipt. There are instructions on the receipt to sign it and return your receipt. Once we receive your signed receipt your order is fulfilled. Did you receive the receipt? Did you send it back it? If you did, we had hired holiday staff around the time you placed the order. We are at fault and we dropped the ball. We want to put an end to this and make you happy!

Further more we want to resolve and open a dialogue with you. Please email or contact the general manager Dylan Gold, [email protected] or 877-351-0728.

  • Alyce,

On 2/4/13 it was brought to our attention that your label on your magazine subscription didn't change. We replied back to you trying to rectify the situation on 2/6/13 via email and gotten no response from you.

We had seasonal staff and we dropped the ball.We take full responsibility! Your credit card company issued you a full refund and we have given you a free year of Time Magazine for the inconvenience. You received an email directly from "TIME MAGAZINE" it was emailed to you at [email protected]. We are not a scam company we fulfill all orders! We pride ourselves on full filling orders because there are so many companies that do not.

The word "Publishers Service" gets confused with "Publishers Clearing House". As well as a dozen other companies that use the word "Publishers Service" in their trade name. You are our only complaint, filed against us on the internet. Those other companies that go bye "Publishers Service" many of them are not even in the same industry or state as us. However in this industry it is a very common term.We have been in business for little over a year now.We recently obtained a second office in California and things have been very hectic and busy.

We deeply offer you are warmest and sincerest apologize. If there is anything at all we can do for you or if you think one year free of Time Magazine plus a full refund isn't enough please contact someone in our customer service department 877-351-0728

    Respectfully,

    Benjamin Hunter
