  • Hi Scott, I sent also my son's headphone to the company. We had to follow up after 3 weeks. We had a RMA. Anyway we were told by them that they rarely replace or repair the headphones. They are using this more as a way to get a better design in the future!!!! They admit that the problem my son had with his headphone was something Beats are aware. We come from Quebec but we will see what we can do about this by filling a complaint at the consumer protection.

  • I know I felt really dumb and the worst part is that they were for my boyfriend (so he got fake ones) :(.

    Till this day they still haven't contacted me!

    They sent my confirmation number to my email, but it went to my junk mail. I believe it took me 2-3 weeks and they did take out the money maybe the next day I ordered.

  • I CANNOT believe I just did the same exact thing. I feel so retarded because I didn't know there were even fake products from monster out there!!!!!!!!!! I purchased my $159 headphones yesterday morning and their "return" statement says that i can cancel the order before it has been shipped. I never got a tracking number to be know if it has been shipped though. Can I ask you a couple of questions? I'm freaking out about my money right now and I will probably not get my money back either but... please reply back to me asap...

    1. How long did it take you to get your package?
    2. Did they take out the money from your card right when you finished with your payment?

    I really want to cry right now because of my stupidity...
